The first thing you need to do before you can place bids on an item is login to your eBay Account. Once you are logged in, go to the auction that you want to place a bid on.

At the top of the page click on the Place Bid button.

A new window will open asking for your Maximum Bid. This is the most that you are willing to pay. Enter the amount and click the Continue buttom.
