Positive:
This is the most common form of feedback. Both the
buyer and seller involved in a transaction should
leave positive feedback if pleased with the results.
Seller emailed in a timely manner? Did they Ship the
item once they received payment? Was the item as described
or better? Then say so using positive feedback. eBay
gives you 80 characters to post positive comments
for each other. Remember that you have to be involved
in a transaction, as either the buyer or seller to
post feedback and the feedback must be posted within
90 days of the close of an auction. Below are examples
of good feedback that will be helpful to the next
eBay buyer that's reviewing a sellers feedback.
Good Positive Feedback Examples:
- Just as advertised, well packed, prompt
shipping.
- Received promptly, well-packed, in condition
promised.
- Great seller! Item as described with prompt
shipping and good packaging. Thanks! Here are some
examples of "Negative"
positive feedback. Leaving a positive rating with
a negative comment isn't going to help anyone out.
If something is out of the sellers control
keep it out of the comments. Comment's
like these should be left as neutral feedback.
Bad Positive Feedback:
- Fast delivery considering he does not take
Paypal. He's OK
- Good enough, took a long time though.
- Could've been packed a little better but still in
good shape. |
