Types of Feedback

Neutral Feedback can be used to post your comments about a transaction that didn’t go as smoothly as you expected but not bad enough to merit leaving negative comments. Some examples that warrant leaving neutral feedback are late shipments (as in the seller didn't ship as soon as payment was received, sellers have no control over a package once it's mailed.), slow response time to emails, item not as described, product not packaged well etc. Should you consider leaving a neutral comment you should contact the seller before posting, although this is not a requirement chances are the seller will make it up to you. The main difference between a neutral and a negative is that with a neutral the transaction eventually was completed, just not in a way you found acceptable. Neutral feedback does not affect the member’s feedback profile it's counted as a zero.
Examples of Neutral Feedback:
- Amazing card, but late shipping and lack of communication was frustrating.
- Card had large fingerprints and smudges on refractor finish.
- Horrible Packaging, No Soft Sleeves, both sent in same top loader.
